Inventory commits at exactly two points. Inbound stock lands at Putaway Confirmation, not at receipt. Outbound stock leaves in two legs: pallet quantity is deducted at pick-confirm, and the bin balance is decremented at dispatch or gate-out. Invoicing is financial only and never changes stock.
