Every Fast WMS account keeps a complete record of the invoices raised for your subscription or annual maintenance contract (AMC). Account owners and billing contacts can view, download, and print these invoices at any time from the admin console — no need to email support for a copy. This article shows you where to find them.
A quick note on terminology first: this guide covers your billing invoices from Fast Technology — the invoices for your software licence and support. It does not cover the GST sales invoices your warehouse generates for customers at dispatch. Those live under the Dispatch module and are explained in Dispatch & Invoicing.
Where to find your billing invoices
- Log in to Fast WMS with an account that has the Admin or Billing role. Only these roles can see billing records — see Setting user roles and permissions if the menu is hidden.
- Open the Admin menu from the tile dashboard and choose Company & Subscription. Your company identity and licence details are held here.
- Select the Invoice History tab. Every invoice raised against your account is listed newest-first, with invoice number, date, billing period, amount, and payment status.
- Use the date range filter to narrow the list — for example, all invoices for the last financial year for your accountant.
- Click any row to open the invoice, then use Download PDF to save it or Print for a hard copy. The PDF carries your registered company name, GSTIN, and the amount in words.
If an invoice is missing or looks wrong
If an invoice you expected is not listed, or the GSTIN or company name printed on it is incorrect, the fix is usually a correction to your company master record. Company identity, address, and statutory details are what appear on every invoice, so updating them once fixes all future documents.
- Wrong company name or GSTIN — update your details under Company & Subscription, then request a revised invoice.
- Invoice not showing — confirm the billing period has actually been raised; freshly renewed contracts can take a day to appear.
- Need a GST-compliant duplicate — download the PDF; it is already a valid tax invoice you can share with your accountant.
