WMS built for the
manufacturing store room,
not the warehouse textbook.

Raw materials, WIP, finished goods — tracked by lot, bin, and supplier. Barcode GRN against PO. Scan-confirmed material issue to production. Kitting, pallet break, and rejection store — all connected to Tally or SAP in real time.

Why manufacturers choose Fast WMS

The store room problems every
manufacturer recognises

Material issued from wrong lot

FIFO not enforced at issue — older batches sit while newer stock is consumed, causing write-offs and quality disputes with customers.

Store man can't locate material

No bin-level tracking — material returned from production lands anywhere, takes 20 minutes to find next time. Phantom stock in Tally that doesn't exist physically.

GRN entered manually into Tally or ERP

Store man writes it on paper, accounts team enters it in Tally hours or days later. Discrepancies, pending entries, and audits that don't add up.

Rejection store untracked

Failed-inspection material sits in a corner with a paper tag. No system entry. Stock count shows it as available — production team tries to issue it.

How Fast WMS fixes each one
FIFO enforced at material issue scanStaff scan the pick list on Android — Fast WMS directs them to the oldest lot and rejects any scan of a newer batch. FIFO is not a suggestion, it's enforced at the hardware level.
Every item has a bin addressBin-level tracking means any item can be located in 10 seconds on the graphical stock map. Returns from production go back to their bin — scan to confirm, system updated instantly.
GRN scan posts to Tally/SAP in real timeStore man scans the barcode — purchase voucher appears in Tally and MIGO posts in SAP the same moment. No paper, no delay, no re-entry.
Rejection store is a mapped, barcode-controlled storeFailed material goes to the rejection store via scan — immediately removed from available stock. Cannot be issued to production until formally accepted or returned to supplier.
Store structure

Every stage of your manufacturing
material flow — mapped in Fast WMS

Fast WMS models the exact physical flow of material through a manufacturing operation — from the receiving dock through production to finished goods dispatch.

End-to-end flow

PO raised in ERP → goods received →
material issued → finished goods dispatched

Fast WMS handles the full material lifecycle of a manufacturing business — from supplier purchase order to customer delivery challan, with every movement scan-confirmed and ERP-synced.

PO from ERP
Purchase order raised in Tally or SAP — pulled into Fast WMS automatically
Barcode GRN
Store man scans each item — matched to PO, bin assigned, lot and batch recorded
Material Issue
Production raises work order — FIFO pick list generated, store man scans components to issue
Dispatch FG
Finished goods dispatch validated against sales order — challan and ERP voucher in one action

Every supplier delivery scanned
against the purchase order

Fast WMS pulls open purchase orders from Tally or SAP. When a supplier delivery arrives, the store man scans each item barcode — the system matches it to the correct PO line, records the supplier batch and lot number, assigns a bin, and posts a purchase voucher to Tally or MIGO to SAP automatically.

PO pulled from Tally or SAP — no re-entry in Fast WMS
Supplier batch, lot number, and expiry captured per scan
Rejection at GRN — failed items go to rejection store, not RM store
Purchase voucher posted to Tally / MIGO posted to SAP in real time

02 — Material Issue to Production

Work order raised — FIFO pick list
generated — components scanned to issue

When production raises a work order, Fast WMS generates a FIFO pick list for the required raw materials — directing the store man to the oldest lot of each component. Each item is scanned to confirm issue. Stock is deducted from the bin in real time. Journal posted to your ERP.

FIFO enforced at scan — wrong lot rejected automatically
Bin location shown on pick list — no searching required
Partial issue supported — remaining qty stays on work order
Material return from production — scan to put back in bin

03 — Kitting and De-Kitting

Assemble components into a kit —
tracked as a new lot in Fast WMS

The Kitting module lets you combine multiple raw material components into a kit or sub-assembly — tracked under a new lot number in the production store. De-kitting reverses the process. Both operations update bin stock and post to Tally. Kits can be issued to production or dispatched as finished assemblies.

BOM-based kitting — components listed, quantities enforced
Each component scanned from bin — stock deducted in real time
Assembled kit gets a new lot number and bin location
De-kitting supported — break kit back to individual components
Kitting — Sub-Assembly SA-09

04 — ERP Integration

Every store movement posts to
Tally or SAP — automatically

Fast WMS integrates with Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA. GRNs post purchase vouchers. Material issues post consumption journals. Finished goods dispatch generates sales vouchers. No manual re-entry at any stage.

05 — Manufacturing MIS and Reports

Stock valuation, non-moving material,
supplier-wise GRN — all in one place

Fast WMS gives manufacturing store supervisors the reports they actually need — not generic warehouse reports. Slow and non-moving raw materials before they become obsolete. Supplier-wise GRN history. Lot-wise consumption. Outstanding payment to suppliers. Warehouse utilisation by store.

Supplier-wise GRN report — item, quantity, lot, date, deviation from PO
Non-moving and slow-moving RM report — by days inactive

Everything Fast WMS covers
for manufacturing

Barcode GRN against PO

Scan each supplier delivery item against the open purchase order. Lot, batch, and bin captured at receipt. Rejection at GRN moves failed items to quarantine immediately.

FIFO Material Issue

Material issue pick lists enforce FIFO — oldest lot always issued first. Wrong lot scan rejected at the Android device. No manual sorting, no exceptions.

Kitting and De-Kitting

Assemble components from multiple bins into kits tracked under a new lot. De-kit back to components. Full stock deduction and ERP posting on each operation.

Multi-Store, Multi-Plant

Receiving, Raw Material, Production, Finished Goods, Dispatch, and Rejection stores — all mapped with bins. Multiple plants in one system with transfer note tracking between sites.

Tally and SAP Integration

Every store movement — GRN, issue, return, dispatch — posts to Tally or SAP automatically. Correct ledger, godown, cost centre, and GST entries every time.

Rejection Store Control

Failed-inspection material is moved to the rejection store via scan — immediately locked from production issue. Supplier return, rework, or write-off tracked with reason codes.

"We have 400+ bins across three bays of raw material. Before Fast WMS, store man would spend the first hour of the shift finding where things were kept. Now the pick list shows the bin — he walks directly there and scans to confirm. That hour is gone."
